Logos get designed on a big bright screen at the size of a poster. They then spend their working life at the size of a fingernail: a browser tab, an app icon, a profile picture, an embroidered shirt, the corner of an invoice.
Before you approve anything, shrink it until it is about a centimetre across and look at it on your phone. If the detail turns to mush, if the words disappear, if it becomes a grey blob — it is not done, however good it looks big.
Ask for a second, simpler version for small sizes. Every proper identity has one.
