Our Process

From a pencil sketch to a live business — the same road every time, because it works.

You can see our whole process in one project: the Carnival Flow acrobat bar started as a pencil sketch in a spiral notebook and became photoreal pitch films — before anyone spent a dollar building it. Idea, plan, proof, launch. Every project walks the same road.

And once the concept is proven, it gets tested in every condition the real world will throw at it — day, night, mid-performance:

  1. 01

    Listen

The free 20-minute call. You talk, we ask questions, nobody sells anything.

  2. 02

    Learn

You take the course that fits your situation; we read your intake form. We meet already informed.

  3. 03

    Plan

One written plan: what we’ll build, what it costs, what it’s for. Signed off before work starts.

  4. 04

    Prove

Sketches, concepts and drafts early and often — you never wait a month to see progress.

  5. 05

    Build

Brand, site, content, socials, money plan — built in parallel by one team that talks daily.

  6. 06

    Launch

We go live, test everything twice, and hand you the keys with training in plain language.

  7. 07

    Grow

Care plans, content packs and advisory keep it alive. Or take the wheel yourself — it’s yours.

Why it’s built this way

Proof before spend

Renders before welds, drafts before builds, plans before invoices. Risk goes down at every step — yours and ours.

Parallel, not sequential

Because one team does brand, web, content and money, the site is written while the logo is refined. Weeks saved, nothing lost in hand-offs.

Keys, not dependency

Everything ends with training and ownership. Agencies that make themselves indispensable are charging rent on your own business.

How long does a full business launch take?

Six to ten weeks from first call to open doors for most launches — brand, site, content and money plan built in parallel. A single service moves faster.

Can we start in the middle?

Yes. Plenty of clients arrive with a logo they love or a site that just needs rescue. The process bends; the sign-off-before-work rule doesn’t.

What do you need from me?

About two hours total for a typical project: the first call, the intake form, and quick yes/no feedback at each proof stage. We chase progress, not meetings.

What if I only want advice, not a build?

That’s the launch roadmap — the full written plan for $550, yours to execute with anyone. Some of our favourite clients took it and did it themselves.

Step one is free.

The 20-minute call costs nothing and answers everything. That’s the whole pitch.
