Launch Strategy Session — $250
Ninety focused minutes on your business, in person across the GTA or on video, followed by a written action plan: positioning, pricing, first-90-days sequence and what to build in what order. Credited back if you book a package within 30 days.
Business Blueprint — $1,450
A complete written business plan: market and competitor analysis, customer profile, offer and pricing model, marketing plan, startup costs and a twelve-month revenue projection. Formatted to hand to a landlord, a lender or a partner.
Investor / Lender Plan — $3,200
Everything in the Blueprint plus three-year financial modelling, cash-flow and break-even analysis, funding ask, risk assessment and a matching pitch deck. Built for BDC, bank, grant or private investor submission.
