Almost every service business in the GTA hides its prices, and almost every one gives the same reason: they want to start a conversation first.
What it actually does is filter out the people who were ready to buy. Someone with a budget and a deadline will not email you to find out whether they can afford you — they will click the competitor who told them. The people who do email are disproportionately the ones who want to negotiate.
Publish something. A starting price, a from-price, a typical range, or three packages with real numbers on them. You will get fewer enquiries and more customers, and every call you take will start further down the road.
