How It Works
Course. Form.
Consult. Launch.
A deliberate order of operations, designed so you spend the least possible money on the least valuable hours — and the most on the things that actually move your business forward.

Why This Order
Preparation is
the cheapest
hour you will buy.
Traditional consulting bills you at a professional rate to explain your own business to a stranger. Two or three hours evaporate before a single decision gets made.
Riot Design front-loads that into a self-paced course and a structured intake form. By the time you are sitting across from Dan, he already knows your market, your numbers and your competition — and the whole session is spent on strategy.
Choose a course — or just call
Most people start with Riot Starter ($97) if they are testing an idea, or Riot Launch Lab ($397) if they have decided to go. If you would rather talk first, the twenty-minute discovery call is free and always will be. There is no wrong door.
$0–$397Work through the modules
Short, plain-English video and written lessons covering the offer, the customer, the market, pricing, money, brand direction and the launch sequence. Each module ends with a worksheet. No filler — roughly three to six hours of actual work.
Self-pacedComplete your custom intake form
A detailed intake form tailored to your business type: food service, trades, retail, professional services, entertainment or e-commerce. It captures your numbers, competitors, goals, deadline, budget and what you already have.
Included with every courseThe consultation
Dan reads your form before you meet. Then you sit down — in person anywhere in the GTA or Halton, or on video — and go through it. What is strong, what is fragile, what you have priced wrong, what to build first and what to leave until year two.

Now the making starts, in the order your plan calls for. Usually naming and logo first, then the core site, then photography, print and social. Everything is designed against one strategy. You approve at every stage.
2–6 weeks typicalLaunch — loudly
A coordinated opening, not a whimper. Google Business Profile verified and optimised, socials seeded with content, launch offer live, local press and community outreach, opening-day assets printed and in hand.
The whole pointAftercare (optional)
Website care plans keep the site fast, backed up and current. Growth retainers keep content going out. Cash flow monitoring keeps the money side honest. Or take the files and run it yourself — genuinely, no hard feelings.

What We Need From You
Your side of the deal
Projects stall for predictable reasons. Here is how to not be one of them.
Decide who decides
One person gives final approval. Design by committee doubles the timeline and halves the quality — every time.
Feedback within 3 days
Specific beats vague. “The red feels aggressive for a bakery” is useful. “Make it pop” is not.
Real content, early
Actual photos, actual services, actual prices. Placeholder content is the number-one cause of a website sitting unfinished for months.
Be honest about money
Tell Dan the real budget on the first call. It changes the recommendation, and there is a good version of almost every plan at almost every number.
