Your wedding food should feel like you — not a banquet-hall default. We roll up with a pit full of brisket smoked the night before, set up wherever your venue allows, and slice to order while your guests watch.
We'll build a menu around your day: a relaxed truck-window service for a backyard celebration, a proper buffet for a barn or estate, or plated platters for the head tables. Tastings are part of the process, because you should never book a caterer you haven't eaten.
Everything is handled — service staff, setup, teardown, and the little things like sauce bars, butcher paper and compostable service ware. You get to be a guest at your own wedding.
