The aerial hoop — or lyra — is the most requested aerial act in corporate entertainment, and for good reason: it turns any ballroom ceiling into a stage. Our lyra artists perform choreographed solo and duo routines, ambient rotations above cocktail hour, and the ever-popular champagne aerialist serving guests from the air.

Where ceiling rigging isn’t certified, our freestanding aerial rig installs in under two hours. Every booking includes a rigging assessment, $5M liability coverage and show-calling to your run-of-show — in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and anywhere in Canada.

How far in advance should we book corporate entertainment?

For gala season (April–June) and holiday season (November–December) we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. Smaller ambient bookings can often be confirmed within 2–4 weeks, and we keep a rapid-response roster for last-minute corporate requests across Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.

Are your performers insured?

Yes. Every Circus Canada artist performs under commercial general liability coverage (up to $5M), and we provide certificates of insurance naming your venue or company on request — standard practice for corporate venues across Canada.

Do you travel outside Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver?

Absolutely. Circus Canada is a nationwide company: we regularly perform in Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax and remote resort venues. Travel is quoted transparently as a flat line item — never a surprise.

How much does corporate circus entertainment cost?

Ambient single-performer bookings typically start in the low four figures; produced multi-act shows scale with cast size, rigging and production needs. Every quote is itemized and tailored — tell us your date, venue and audience size for a free proposal within one business day.

What do you need from our venue?

For ground acts: a performance area and a green room. For aerial acts: certified rigging points or our freestanding rig (which needs roughly 20 ft of ceiling height). We liaise directly with your venue on logistics, so your planner doesn’t have to translate.

Can performances be customized to our brand?

Yes — it’s our specialty. Costumes in brand colours, logos on LED props, choreography themed to your campaign, and reveal moments built around your product. Share your brief and we storyboard the show with your marketing team.
